Lirvana Labs Inc is an app-based platform that utilizes machine learning to curate safe and effective multi-media content and literature that boosts Social Emotional Learning, English Literacy, and Math Reasoning skills in early childhood and elementary years. Balancing engagement, health, and efficacy, the platform uses conversational AI to guide, encourage and provide a co-viewing experience that optimizes learning outcomes, not minutes watched. Games and immersive puzzles are interspersed at just the right moments to assess comprehension, evaluate progress and fine-tune real-time content delivery so that each child receives a personalized, limitless learning experience. Caregivers can easily track topic mastery, set goals, and review screen-on vs. audio-time (auto-calibrated according to WHO guidelines by age group). The adult interface also provides personalized recommendations for parent-child offline activities that complement each child’s learning journey and truly seek to make devices a net-positive for the family. The ultimate goal of Lirvana Labs is to marry best-in-class technology with a passion for breaking barriers to education and teaching anybody anything, accessible to everyone.

Qlix is a personalised communication platform for school. We enable real-time, targeted and individual communication between teachers by synchronising to their timetables. This synchronisation enables notifications to be sent to specific teachers based on the students they teach, the subject they teach or the times in the day they teach, rather than their name. Therefore, teachers only receive notifications about incidents that are relevant to them, rather than being bombarded with information of all the students across the school. Qlix enrichs the learning environment of students through deeper communication between teachers. We give the tools to teachers enabling them to deliver superior learning environments all while reducing the number of chores they have to complete.

Reality Changers has three programs: (1) College Town prepares low-income, high-potential 8th-11th graders to be college-ready by 12th grade. These students oftentimes begin the program with GPAs between 0.0 and 2.0, and therefore need a complex support system to become successful. (2) College Apps Academy guides high-performing 12th graders through the entire college application process, from choosing the right college to getting accepted. (3) The Alumni Network helps over program grads adjust to college, develop professional connections, and form lifelong friendships. Beginning in 2017, Reality Changers will offer a "Train-the-Trainer" program for teachers, counselors, and nonprofit professionals to learn the curriculum of the College Apps Academy program. As such, the Academy's effectiveness will no longer be limited to the classrooms where Reality Changers offers instruction, but rather to all schools and nonprofits that want the expertise of sending their students to college.
