How does the Featured spotlight work?
Apply with your Wellfound profile. If you're selected, we spotlight your profile for 8 weeks to top companies and recruiters searching for your skills, and you can renew any time after that.
What if I'm not selected for Featured?
Candidates who aren't selected for Wellfound's Featured spotlight still appear in recruiter searches and can still receive direct pitches from founders. Featured selection adds an 8-week spotlight to top companies, and Featured candidates make about 3x more connections. You can always reapply.
Will my current employer see that I'm looking?
No. Your job search on Wellfound is private by default, and being spotlighted never announces anything publicly.
What makes a profile get discovered?
