• Lead and mentor a team of machine learning engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to deadlines.

• Understand: Evaluate customer challenges and requirements in implementing AI Chatbots, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Optimize: Utilize your expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Reinforcement Learning (RLHF) to enhance our SaaS product, aligning it with the customer's industry vertical and specific needs.

• Engage with the AI/ML engineering community through social media channels (X, Reddit, Discord) and other platforms.
• Organize, lead, and participate in AI/ML meetups, hackathons, webinars, and conferences to promote Collinear AI cloud services.

• Lead a team of 4-5 ML Engineers with expertise in LLMs and align them with the short- and long-term engineering goals.
• Manage and collaborate with non-ML engineers, including backend developers, frontend developers, and full-stack engineers, to deliver cohesive and scalable solutions.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy for Collinear’s Generative AI and LLM-based products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, sales, and marketing) to align product positioning with customer needs and market trends.

• Research and identify potential clients in the enterprise AI space.
• Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social media to engage prospects.
