We’re building a collaborative cloud for teams to work in the physical world. Here’s the master plan: 1. Build a world-class Engineering, Production, and Sales organizations. 2. Create a product that Gives Operators Superpowers. 3. Take a big swing at the giants of Enterprise Software Our cloud platform is an orchestration-layer the sits on top of a company's disparate resources. We integrate with 3rd party-services like ERPs, PLMs as well as public and private cloud services (databases, APIs, warehouses) to "operationalize" your data. What this means for team is not more digging through emails, downloading spreadsheets, trying to figure out what PO matches what Invoice, and which shipments are where. Recently, we closed a $3.5M seed round led by Contrary Capital, 47th Street Partners, Base Case Capital, and others. We’re just getting started.

Ando is building AI-native workforce infrastructure for shift-based work, starting with highly accurate AI-generated demand forecasting and autonomous labor allocation. Labor is one of the largest and least modernized systems in the economy. Most workforce tools are static, rules-based, and UI-driven. They create schedules, but they do not understand demand, uncertainty, or real-world tradeoffs. The result is wasted labor, constant manual intervention, and unstable hours for workers. This is not a scheduling UI problem. It is a systems problem: forecasting under uncertainty, constrained optimization, feedback loops, and learning from noisy production data. Models must operate in the wild, adapt continuously, and balance business, worker, and operational constraints. Our core intelligence layer combines demand modeling, optimization, and human-in-the-loop signals to improve allocation decisions over time, compounding into a persistent labor graph across skills, availability, reliability, and performance.

Enurgen builds DUET, a 3D physics-based software platform for utility-scale solar and battery storage. DUET simulates what a plant should produce at every timestep of a 30-year life, compares it against what the field actually did, and attributes the gap down to the individual component. Conventional monitoring can tell you a plant is underperforming — working out why is the hard part, and that's the problem we solve. Every megawatt-hour a solar plant fails to produce is one that comes from somewhere else. Recovering it needs no new land, no new panels, and no new interconnection queue — just a correct answer about what went wrong and where. The model came out of SUNLAB at the University of Ottawa, with more than a decade of research behind it. It runs across the asset lifecycle: - Design — terrain-aware 3D modelling to establish a realistic performance baseline before anything is built. - Construction — analysis from the moment equipment comes online, so issues surface before commercial operation rather than years into it. - Operations — minutely, string-level analysis with automated root-cause loss detection, separating recoverable losses from the ones that aren't and routing the fixable ones into the maintenance system. We're a small, early-stage team with an office in Ottawa, Ontario. The engineering work is heavy on data: analytical queries over fleet-scale time-series, streaming pipelines feeding live analytics, on-prem software that keeps running when the WAN doesn't, and dashboards that stay fast at that scale. Research sits at the same table as engineering, so the physics and the software get built against each other. Hybrid-first, with remote on the table for any role. Every role includes an equity grant. You don't need a solar background — the domain is interesting, our customers are sophisticated, and you'll pick it up.
