In addition to the life stories product, MemoryWell has leveraged insights and journalistic engagement to reduce churn in Medicare Advantage. Medicare Advantage churn averages 10% and is as high as 40% during the first 90 days. Enrollees have grown numb to automated texts and robocalls, resulting in expensive data gaps.
