Design experience integrating microcontrollers, FPGAs, or SoMs into your PCBAs
Emphasis or special expertise related to robotics is preferred (e.g., sensors, actuators, vision systems, position sensing)

• Assembling surgical robotic devices and systems
• Completing manufacturing and maintenance records of your assemblies

• Perform animal husbandry including but not limited to enclosure cleaning, feeding, watering, health observations, and documentation of husbandry procedures

• Perform mechanical/electrical assembly of implant and charger components, subassemblies, and integration of final assemblies
• Build small implant subassemblies involving custom micron-scale electrode arrays and SoC with high precision

• Maintaining copies of all approved protocols
• Maintaining a master schedule of all GLP- regulated studies

• Calibrate and perform preventive maintenance on any instrument or device in the equipment quality program with little to no supervision
• Provide the technical expertise for assisting management in developing work procedures and protocols

• Evaluating and testing the mechanical properties of implant materials under various adverse conditions to evaluate their performance and longevity
• Operating high-precision testing instruments, including dynamic mechanical analyzers and micro-FTIR spectrometers

• Conduct audits of GLP, GMP, GCP, and engineering activities within Neuralink, ensuring adherence to U.S. FDA regulatory requirements, applicable standards, and Neuralink policies
• Identify and define audit scope and criteria, review evidence, analyze findings to assess compliance levels, and provide recommendations for improvement and corrective actions as needed

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless operation of our systems, enabling the company to move as quickly and safely as possible
• Solve problems spanning from physical hardware deployment on the manufacturing line to high-level cloud architecture for distributed systems
