REGENT is building the seaglider: the first electric flying machine that will transport commercial passengers. By staying within a wingspan of the water, we unlock the ability to fly twice as far as an electric aircraft, and certification by maritime authorities which will let us fly first passengers by 2025. Airlines and ferry companies are getting in line to buy seagliders because they're half as expensive as short-haul aircraft, and six times faster than ferries. FairwAI is building real-time accountability infrastructure to detect bias in the moments that matter most. We’re solving one of the toughest challenges in tech: how to make fairness not just a principle but a system. From healthcare and hiring to hospitality and housing, bias shows up when people are most vulnerable. FairwAI turns those moments into measurable, actionable data—using AI, computer vision, and behavioral science to flag risks and enable institutional change before harm happens. We’re not a DEI tool. We’re compliance infrastructure for a new era—where safety, dignity, and fairness are non-negotiable. Our team includes engineers, policy thinkers, civil rights advocates, and public interest technologists from MIT, Harvard, Stanford, The UN, and beyond. We’re launching high-impact projects and building the backbone of ethical AI adoption across sectors. For interns & fellows, this is not a coffee-run experience. You’ll co-design tools, analyze live scenarios, and help shape the future of bias detection and remediation. Your work will be mentored, respected, and turned into real-world impact. If you care about fairness, ethics, and building tools that actually change lives—FairwAI is where your skills meet purpose. Join us. Let’s build the infrastructure fairness deserves.

ReviewMyCoach is building the trust layer for sports. Every year, millions of athletes and parents choose teams, clubs, and programs based almost entirely on word of mouth, reputation, or limited information. Coaching quality plays one of the biggest roles in an athlete’s development, yet there is currently no centralized, transparent way to evaluate coaches across youth, high school, and college sports. We are solving this by creating a platform where athletes can leave reviews and feedback on their coaches—similar to RateMyProfessors, but built specifically for sports. The goal is to bring accountability, transparency, and better decision-making into the athlete development and recruiting process. The product is already live with a working website, an initial database of ~50,000 coaches, and early users and reviews on the platform. We are currently in the early-stage growth phase, focused on improving the product, expanding the dataset, and driving user adoption. Long term, ReviewMyCoach aims to become the standard platform athletes use when choosing coaches, teams, and programs—while also providing value to organizations, recruiters, and the broader sports ecosystem. This includes potential expansion into recruiting tools, premium insights, and data-driven decision-making for athletes and families. We are building in a massive, underserved market with no dominant player, and the opportunity to define an entirely new category within sports technology.
