Abridge was founded in 2018 with the mission of powering deeper understanding in healthcare. Our AI-powered platform was purpose-built for medical conversations, improving clinical documentation efficiencies while enabling clinicians to focus on what matters most—their patients. Our enterprise-grade technology transforms patient-clinician conversations into structured clinical notes in real-time, with deep EMR integrations. Powered by Linked Evidence and our purpose-built, auditable AI, we are the only company that maps AI-generated summaries to ground truth, helping providers quickly trust and verify the output. As pioneers in generative AI for healthcare, we are setting the industry standards for the responsible deployment of AI across health systems. We are a growing team of practicing MDs, AI scientists, PhDs, creatives, technologists, and engineers working together to empower people and make care make more sense.

With Fella Health, patients meet a board-certified obesity doctor to prescribe FDA-approved medications, while they undertake personalized health coaching through our app. Obesity is the largest chronic disease in the US (>$100bn spent each year) and the traditional solution ("move more, eat less") only works long-term for ~10% of people. But obesity treatment is radically changing due to a new wave of medication options which are 2-3x more effective than previous options. In addition, only 10% of those using weight management services are men: all programs market to women, not tackling the stigma men feel around this. Fella's founders are Luke (linkedin.com/in/luke-harries) & Richie (linkedin.com/in/richard-cartwright). We studied together at Cambridge University. Luke studied medicine and developed a patented AI approach to detecting cancer at a YC bio company, before moving to Microsoft Research. He did a masters in Computer Science after Cambridge. Richie personally struggled with stress eating for 6 years. After Cambridge, he built and sold an AI company working with the UK government. He built a 10k-follower community around men's stress eating. You can read more about working at Fella here: fella.notion.site/Working-at-Fella-14a2ac8575d34d148d009bb410387af4 Fella Health is live in Texas, and we recently closed a Seed round to expand nationwide. 50% of diabetes education programs are not profitable today. Lack of consistent referrals, confusion on billing processes, and resource constraints are the main drivers to why many diabetes education struggle. Palisaid's pEDIT is trying to make it easier for diabetes education programs to become financially successful, and manage the essential activities in one connected experience. pEDIT is a practice management solution that integrates within a clinic's EMR system. pEDIT is used by a diabetes educator during the entire patient visit, and guides the diabetes educator to the appropriate maximum reimbursement figure based upon the patients insurance status. pEDIT also makes it easy for a diabetes program to track program performance analytics essential for performance-based care initiatives, and compliance. Palisaid was founded by a patient living with diabetes, and team that all have been personally impacted by diabetes. We are taking a unique approach to our go-to-market focused on building a passionate team first to ensure we drive the best possible customer experience. Our current team brings over 50 years of diabetes education experience, EMR product development, and healthcare strategy with a proven advisory team supporting our growth. We are actively looking for capital to build pEDIT in order to pilot, and commercialize. If there is interest in learning more please reach out to [email protected].
