Sales and Growth Manager

We're on the lookout for a sharp, energetic Sales Executive who loves meeting new people, building relationships, and being on the move.
We are a new-age FMCG startup reimagining how brands connect with consumers. Our flagship product, Bpop Soda, is more than just soda—it’s a mini billboard. We turn every bottle into a branding opportunity for partner businesses. With a strong distribution-led approach and on-ground presence, we’re building a business that stands out.

Responsibilities:

• Visit pubs, cafes, hotels and restaurants to pitch Bpop Soda as a mixer and beverage of choice
• Build strong relationships with venue owners, managers, CEOs and F&B teams
• Onboard new partners and ensure smooth product trials or first orders
• Share feedback with the core team to help refine our product strategy
• Act as the face of Bpop in Bengaluru’s nightlife and food scene
• Track leads, follow-ups, and maintain basic reporting

Qualifications:

• A graduate from any college — we’re more interested in your attitude than your academic history
• Great communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, resourceful, and excited about building something from scratch
• Bonus if you’ve worked on college fests, led student initiatives, or done internships with real-world hustle
• Comfortable with on-ground travel across the city
