Who are we looking for ?
- 2-3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a simple, compelling way.
- Strong ability to understand customer needs, conduct product demos, and articulate the value proposition of SaaS solutions.
- Are you experienced selling to US/EU regions ?
- Comfortable with technology, able to quickly learn new tools and explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
- A great bonus is if you are already in the event or digital marketing industry!
What will you do ?
- Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Identify, engage, and convert qualified leads into paying customers through a consultative sales process.
- Build Client Relationships: Understand the unique needs of each prospect, deliver tailored presentations, product demos, and create solutions that address their pain points.
- Close Deals: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing skills.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, prospects, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer success.
- Client Feedback: Provide product and market feedback to the internal team to help shape future development and go-to-market strategies.
- Sales Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, revenue projections, and pipeline activity to senior management.
