Founding Brand Designer - Part-Time → Core Team

We’re Looking for a Designer Who Wants to Build.
B’pop Soda started with a simple idea:
A bottle can be more than a bottle.

We’re building a new-age FMCG brand out of Bangalore, already working with leading pubs and legacy brands across the city. Now we’re taking B’pop into retail, putting our products directly in front of consumers.
In the last six months, we’ve grown fast.
Our bottles are already moving through Bangalore, and every bottle is a piece of brand real estate, a mini billboard carrying B’pop wherever it goes.
Now the canvas is getting bigger.
We’re looking for a designer to take ownership of what B’pop looks like, feels like and becomes.

Someone who can take an idea and turn it into something people remember.
A label.
A campaign.
A billboard.
A retail display.
A leadership deck.

The job is to connect all of it into one visual language and then keep pushing it forward.

You’ll work across the entire spectrum of FMCG design, from the smallest detail on a bottle to the biggest surface across the city.
And your work won’t disappear into a presentation folder.
It will be on bottles in pubs.
On shelves in stores.
On billboards across Bangalore.
In front of real consumers.

That comes with a different kind of responsibility.

We’re starting this role part-time. We need your bandwidth, your thinking and your ownership, not a full-time commitment from day one.
Over the next two months, if we’re the right fit for each other, we want to build something bigger: a full-time role, a place on the core team and the compensation that comes with it.

We’re not looking for a designer to execute.
We’re looking for someone who will challenge the brief.
Bring ideas we haven’t considered.
And care enough about the work to make it better than what was asked for.
