We are looking for an ambitious Senior Sales Executive to join our fast-growing startup, specializing in cutting-edge AI-driven agentic systems for the BFSI sector. With proven experience in selling SaaS products like Salesforce, Zoho, or WebEngage etc. You’ll be responsible for driving end-to-end sales—from pipeline generation to closing high-value deals. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our success with India’s leading financial and insurance companies while helping shape the future of AI in sales.
You will get to work on top accounts like ICICI, HDFC Bank, Max Life Insurance etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, focusing on BFSI sector clients.
Drive the entire sales process: from prospecting to closing deals independently.
Handle legal documentation, negotiations, and order forms.
Leverage industry knowledge to expand relationships with top lending and insurance
companies.
Collaborate closely with the product team to align sales efforts with our next-gen AI-powered systems
Requirements:
6-8 years of experience in SaaS sales (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, WebEngage), with a track record of success in the BFSI sector.
Experience working with or selling in startup environments and thriving in fast-paced conditions.
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to handle legal and contract elements of sales.
Interest in cutting-edge technologies and AI solutions.
Preferred:
Experience replicating success with top-tier BFSI clients and scaling sales efforts in new technology areas.
