SDR (Sales Development Rep)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting to generate and qualify leads
• Engage with prospects through email, phone, social media, and video
• Own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
• Maintain a high level of daily activity including calls, emails, and social selling
• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
• Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience selling SaaS-based products across the North American market
• At least 2 years of end-to-end closing experience
• Strong track record of achieving quotas consistently
• Hands-on experience with CRM and Sales Engagement
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
