Position Overview:
As a Business Development Partner, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with clients and partners in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, with a focus on the IT industry. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the US market, and a passion for driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the US IT industry.
- Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.
Client Acquisition:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to acquire new clients in the US market.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify and forge strategic partnerships with key players in the US IT ecosystem.
- Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial opportunities for business growth.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and solutions tailored to clients' needs.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business strategies and ensure seamless execution.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven business development experience in the IT industry, specifically within the US market.
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current trends and challenges in the US IT market.
