Position Overview:

As a Business Development Partner, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with clients and partners in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, with a focus on the IT industry. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the US market, and a passion for driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the US IT industry.
  • Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.

Client Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to acquire new clients in the US market.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.

Strategic Partnerships:

  • Identify and forge strategic partnerships with key players in the US IT ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial opportunities for business growth.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals and solutions tailored to clients' needs.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business strategies and ensure seamless execution.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven business development experience in the IT industry, specifically within the US market.
  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of current trends and challenges in the US IT market.
