• Build web applications with web development best practices on React/Angular

• Design, develop, and maintain Webflow websites with a focus on responsive design and user experience.
• Implement updates and new features as needed.

• Knowledge of the SaaS industry and software products
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Develop and implement a comprehensive engagement strategy to build and nurture partnerships in the Salesforce and Hubspot ecosystem.
• Identify and participate in relevant industry communities, forums, and social media groups to establish the company as a thought leader and engage with potential customers.

• Content Creation: Write and edit blogs, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, newsletters, webinar content, and website copy aligned with SaaS trends and industry needs.
• Thought Leadership: Develop authoritative content that positions MeetRecord as a market leader in the revenue intelligence space.

• Customer Support:

Provide first-level technical support to customers via online meeting, email, and chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues.
Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and solutions in a detailed and organized manner.
