We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Designer to craft compelling visual assets for our digital and offline marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop marketing assets, including landing pages, email templates, banners, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to translate campaign goals and strategies into visually appealing designs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs while innovating on creative approaches for campaigns.
- Work with web developers and content teams to ensure designs are functional and aligned with user experience best practices.
- Optimize landing pages and other digital assets for performance and conversions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in marketing design and user behavior to enhance creative outputs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Marketing Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or similar.
- Basic knowledge of web design principles and tools like HTML/CSS or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and performance-driven design.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy tailored for marketing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with marketing and development teams.
- Portfolio showcasing marketing-related design work, such as landing pages, email campaigns, or digital ads.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or performance-driven marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Understanding of analytics tools to measure design impact on campaigns.
