Senior Content Writer - SaaS Expertise

As part of this growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Content Writer to join our team and elevate our content strategy.

This role goes beyond writing – you’ll craft compelling narratives, develop high-impact content strategies, and work closely with leadership to drive thought leadership and engagement in the SaaS space. If you’re a storyteller with a knack for simplifying complex ideas, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Content Creation: Write and edit blogs, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, newsletters, webinar content, and website copy aligned with SaaS trends and industry needs.
• Thought Leadership: Develop authoritative content that positions MeetRecord as a market leader in the revenue intelligence space.
• Collaborative Storytelling: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to turn technical features into engaging stories that resonate with prospects and customers.
• SEO and Analytics: Apply SEO best practices to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions, while using analytics to refine content strategies.
• Market Research: Stay on top of industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape to shape relevant content strategies.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with our brand’s voice, style, and messaging standards while remaining user-centric.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor junior writers/freelancers, providing feedback and establishing a collaborative content creation environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years of SaaS content writing, journalism, or relevant experience in a B2B setting.
• Exceptional Writing Skills: Ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content with a focus on storytelling.
• SEO Expertise: Proven ability to integrate SEO best practices into content strategy.
• Research Savvy: Ability to quickly understand complex topics and translate them into digestible content.
• Collaboration Skills: Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams.
• Mentorship Experience: Previous experience leading or mentoring junior writers/freelancers is a plus.
