Yaya Labs is a technology studio born from science fiction. It started with a humanoid robot: a vector for experimentation that led to our first personality protocol, an embodied AI persona trained on ethics, memory, aesthetics and emotional grounding, and road-tested at cultural events around the world. From there, we began exploring what happens when human wetware, artificial intelligence and machine systems begin to converge. Today, Yaya Labs operates at the conceptual edge of human-machine relations, developing new interfaces between biology, technology and culture. We explore AI personality protocols, embodied intelligence, brain-computer interfaces and systems that challenge the boundaries of individual agency. The next phase of AI isn't simply about making machines more intelligent. It's about what happens when intelligence becomes embodied, networked and alive.
