• Partnerships: Activate partnerships with RL-as-a-service companies and partners to turn relationships into joint GTM and revenue opportunities.

• Talent platform side – building next-generation tools that automate recruiting end-to-end, intelligently match candidates to roles, and power global hiring with seamless contracts and payments.
• Applied AI/human data side – partnering with top AI researchers from the AI labs like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google to create post training datasets to improve foundational model capabilities.

• Partner directly with Delivery leadership. Advise leaders on talent, organization design, management, performance and workforce decisions as the organization scales.
• Get close to the accounts. Understand the differences between teams, customers and types of work so that your people recommendations reflect the actual business rather than a generic HR model.

• Talent platform analytics – improving match quality, ranking, time-to-hire, and marketplace efficiency through experimentation and modeling.
• Applied AI/human data insights – partnering with leading AI labs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) to design evaluation rubrics, run human-in-the-loop studies, and understand how experts shape post-training data for frontier models.

• Strategic partnership: Act as a thought partner to the VP, helping set priorities, structure decisions, and prepare for key meetings, reviews, and offsites
• Cross-functional execution: Drive projects from strategy to execution, coordinating across Delivery, Recruiting, Ops, Product, and Finance to keep initiatives on track
