Our HData Platform is built out of a partnership between IRIS, a leading global provider of regulatory reporting platforms, and HData, which delivers and scales RegTech solutions. The HData Platform combines a simple, intuitive Filing Solution with a powerful Data Hub, working together to bring compliance enriched with insights. Starting in December 2021, the FERC will require energy companies to file select annual and quarterly reports in a new structured data format (XBRL, which stands for eXtensible Business Reporting Language), replacing PDF-based forms. This is an opportunity for energy companies to make their compliance processes easier, faster, and smarter. The HData Platform helps energy companies take advantage of the FERC’s new system to make compliance easier and more aware. Our HData Platform automates the filing process, automatically infuses insights from past and peers’ reports, and enables a comprehensive view of the energy industry.

Avvoka is an end-to-end contract automation and negotiation platform. We uniquely allow users to automate their own legal contracts without the requirement to "code" them (unlike the traditional legacy automation tools). This allows for a greater breadth of documents to be automated since the barrier to entry is much, much lower. This provides major efficiency gains for our user base as more documents can reap the benefits of contract assembly automation. We also have a "live" negotiation platform, allowing our customers to negotiate their contracts with counterparties and clients, as well as internally collaborate as a team, without the need for constant email exchanges and word contract redlines. The aim of the negotiation platform is to decrease the time it takes to get to contract execution and boost auditability by tracking all changes made on the document(s) by users in our database. The platform has e-signature functionality and integrates with other e-signing tools, as well as allowing for documents to be exported, printed and signed as usual. The rich data produced by our platform enables customers to improve their drafting playbook by identifying which clauses are causing delays in negotiations by running analysis reports. This, in turn, allows execution to be reached more swiftly and ensures that customers are able to grow and fulfil their potential. Finally, Avvoka facilitates the monitoring of the draft contract's lifecycle. For example, it can track whether the document is being reviewed by legal/compliance or whether it is out for signing. Post signature, key contract milestones are capable of being reported and actioned upon too (e.g. renewal dates, termination periods etc).

ClauseBase is legal drafting software built by lawyers, for lawyers. It enables the creation of a first draft in a matter of minutes, allowing lawyers to focus on actual legal reasoning and strategic tasks. At ClauseBase, we want to help lawyers avoid the traditional battle with MS Word that they have been waging - and, let's admit it, losing - for years. Our own experience as lawyers taught us that the true value lawyers offer lies in the clear and efficient transfer of knowledge. ClauseBase therefore offers a way to not only pool that knowledge but also deploy it quickly and easily, to the obvious delight of clients.
