Key Responsibilities:
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and see customer problems through to complete resolution.
- Order & Account Management: Process order modifications, track shipments, update billing details, and manage product returns or exchanges.
- Cross-Departmental Escalation: Identify complex or technical bugs and escalate them seamlessly to tier-2 engineering or product teams.
- Documentation & Tracking: Update customer interaction logs within CRM environments to track trends and common user pain points.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with customer service CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk) and softphone/chat systems.
- Communication & Empathy: Excellent active listening, written clarity, and the ability to de-escalate frustrated users.
- Adaptability: Comfortable handling multiple concurrent chats or calls in a fast-paced environment.
