Key Responsibilities
- User Research & Testing: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to identify pain points and validate solutions.
- Ideation & Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, and final UI designs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, software engineers, and stakeholders to align technical feasibility with design vision.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain consistent UI style guides and component libraries.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of standard design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Design Thinking: Strong foundation in interaction design, visual hierarchy, and human-centered problem solving.
- Communication: Ability to present design concepts, articulate design choices, and advocate for the user.
