Future is Now Coalition careers
We're assembling a coalition to change how politics works. Forever.
3 middlemen decide which candidates you ever hear about: big money, party gatekeepers, and media manipulation. They control the money, the access, and the visibility every candidate needs to win. So they decide who wins before anyone votes. The system isn't broken. It's rigged, and it works exactly as it was built to.
FiNC (Future is Now Coalition) is the way around it. Citizens say what they care about, candidates say who they are, and the 2 sides connect with nobody in between. Every movement and reform group is pushing against the same status quo alone. We're assembling the thing they all stand under.
Our work is the human side: outreach, PR, social, and citizen buy-in. The tech mostly exists already, spread across other civic groups. What's missing is the coalition. We're not marketing a website. We're campaigning for a better way to choose leaders. We're the referee, not a player: we host every position and take none.
Working here:
- Neurodiversity and diversity of thought are strengths, not obstacles
- Servant leadership, dynamic teams, shared ownership
- Purpose over profits, value over hours
- You'd be a partner and co-architect, not an employee
Read this before you apply. We are Crowd-Starting FiNC, with no investors and no strings attached. Contributor roles are not paid yet. We ask for 15 to 20 hours a week during this phase, with compensation deferred until we're operational. That includes the Founder, who has not drawn a salary and will not until the team does. Contributors earn an ownership stake.
We're building toward something structured akin to a nonprofit cooperative, where the people who build it own it, and we operate not for profit in the meantime.
