We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to act as the first point of contact for potential customers. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating, researching, and qualifying new business opportunities before handing them off to the Account Executive team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media (e.g., LinkedIn).
Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a healthy sales pipeline.
Schedule discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives.
Maintain accurate activity logs, prospect information, and pipeline data within the CRM.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies.
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Resilient, results-driven mentality with a high level of self-motivation.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
Coachable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
