Role Overview: We seek an ambitious and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission-driven organization
and drive strategic growth through impactful partnerships and client relationships.
Responsibilities:
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our membership base.
● Willingness to do outreach, digital and external physical events to get sales leads.
● Develop and execute sales strategies while following SOPs to achieve growth targets
and contribute to the long-term vision of Ladies Who Lead.
● Cooperate and enable the team to grow together.
● Receptive to new ideas/processes.
● Collaborate with the engagement and marketing team to align sales strategies with
our brand positioning and community engagement initiatives.
● Willing to attend in-house events and take part in on-ground responsibilities if and
when required.
● Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
● Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and
insights to inform strategic decisions.
● Willingness to commute for events if and even required
Qualifications:
● Proven track record in business development and sales, ideally within the
membership-based or community-driven sectors.
● Comfortable with report writing, documentation and database updation. Basic
knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, canvas etc is important.
● Excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
● Comfortable with networking, and communicating with prospects as well as LWL
members (good social and people skills).
● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced,
entrepreneurial environment.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales or
a related field.
