*The platform* We’re building a platform significantly more powerful than other leading customer support AI: we handle complex, multi-dimensional queries that most people assume must be handled by a human. Automating customer support is just the beginning: once teams are freed from reactive support, we want to help them tackle what’s next: providing personalized concierge services to their customers and radically revamping the paradigm of customer support. In short, we are defining what an AI-first SaaS product looks like. No one has figured out what the UI/UX, capabilities and data models of an AI first company are - it’s white space for us to invent. The AI agent problems we’re solving are beyond the cutting edge at the biggest research labs. In short, we’re doing really cutting edge stuff. *The team* We have a world-class team that includes technical leadership from Google Brain, Stripe, Dropbox, Atlassian and Canva. Our investors are heavyweights in the operations space and are confident that we are building a product that will change the way companies approach customer support. We’ve assembled a great team, and we’ve developed a first principles culture on how we work together — we are a low ego, high trust team that values agency and doing right by the customer above all else.
