We are an engineering-led technology scale-up applying complex computer science techniques to change the way risk is determined and to drive better decision making through our SaaS platform, Renew. Renew has been carefully engineered to let users build and deploy mathematical models that can then be used to harness the power of complex data sets, while at the same time enhancing their own technical skillset. We are currently applying this to specialty insurance pricing and Renew has already solved a great number of deeply complex problems for its users, including how to insure a Space X launch! This involved wrangling all manner of weird and wonderful, fragmented datasets to calculate the risk of any possible obstacle and outcome, right from the astronauts’ arrival at the launchpad to the rocket breaking through each layer of earth's atmosphere and then a safe return to Earth, accounting for every potential obstacle along the way - including space debris! We are currently partnered with some of the largest and most cutting-edge names in specialty and enterprise insurance today, and our client base is growing rapidly.

At Improbable, we believe that simulations as large and complex as the real world are the next fundamental breakthrough technology. Like in the real world, objects in these simulations will change in response to their environment, and their interactions will combine to form massive, complex systems. We are building the platform to make these simulations possible. New worlds for gaming and entertainment can now be created using our product, SpatialOS. Our technology creates permanent, persistent and engaging experiences: worlds where your actions really matter. The same technology that makes imaginary worlds feel real can also illuminate complex systems at work in reality. We use insight acquired through simulation to solve real world problems. You can find out more about our technology on our website - improbable.io

Mat3ra.com (prev. Exabyte.io) is a digital platform accelerating the discovery of new advanced materials for critical industries and applications. Our product is a comprehensive web-based environment (think Adobe Creative Cloud) combining 3D design tools, physics-based and data-driven models, and large-scale cloud computing to transition materials R&D to the AI/ML era. We boost the productivity of R&D by simplifying the process of deploying state-of-the-art modeling, enabling collaboration and collective intelligence, and organizing materials data to make it directly usable by AI/ML engines. Dozens of enterprise customers in the electronics, energy, and manufacturing sectors, including Merck KGaA Darmstadt Germany, the Air Force Research Laboratory, and the Tokyo University of Science, are among our platform customers today, contributing to the growing community of over 7,500 (Sep 2022) scientists worldwide.
