Client Success & Operations Manager

Help shape the future of risk intelligence. RiskMetrica is transforming how financial institutions understand and manage risk through AI, advanced analytics, and modern risk science. We're an early-stage, ambitious company and looking for someone who enjoys building, problem-solving and creating lasting client relationships. In this role, you'll be one of our first operational hires, sitting at the centre of client engagement and delivery. You'll help turn early conversations into long-term client success while building the operational foundations that support our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating product demos and client meetings,
• Managing our CRM and sales pipeline,
• Leading client onboarding and implementation,
• Being the main point of contact throughout the client journey,
• Organising delivery between clients and our technical team, tracking actions, milestones, and outcomes,
• Supporting adoption and long-term engagement and
• Identifying process improvements as we scale.

About You

• You're organised and proactive.
• You build trusted relationships.
• You communicate confidently with senior stakeholders, take ownership, work well independently, and thrive when priorities evolve.
• Experience in customer success, operations, or project management is beneficial, as is exposure to financial services or enterprise software. However, mindset matters most.
• Curiosity, follow-through, and a builder's attitude drive you.
