Role Overview
As an Operations Coordinator, you will manage daily operations, tracking systems, and team coordination, ensuring everything runs efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Trello boards and task tracking systems
• Ensure daily reporting and task updates across teams
• Monitor progress and identify delays or inefficiencies
• Coordinate between interns, growth team, and leadership
• Maintain structured data (leads, reports, outputs)
• Support scheduling, follow-ups, and internal communication
• Prepare weekly operations reports (issues + improvements)

Qualifications
