Working with our customers, we play a vital role in helping to improve patients’ lives through ideas, creativity, and technology. This Senior Account Manager / Customer Success Lead role focuses on supporting and engaging with our lovely clients and internal teams to achieve this.
We are looking for genuine self-starters- those who entreprenurial and are willing and able to pick up a project and run with it. Typical projects tend to revolve around digital marketing, such as websites, apps, social media, and emails through to some of the more advanced projects like enterprise technology platforms that we develop in-house.
Key Responsibilities:**
Client
- Lead Customer contact across a range of marketing programs - maintaining established relationships, developing more recently acquired customer relationships - quickly winning their trust Manage day to day relationships with the client delivering reports, managing activity on budget and within the agreed timelines.
- To be an effective extension of our customers’ marketing teams
Internal
- Build strong working relationships within the agency, with the ability to clearly define a creative or digital brief
- People management, ensuring a healthy team spirit of co-operation and efficiency at all times.
- Ensuring quality control through supervision and stimulation to ensure best solutions are always presented to client challenges
- Focus on generating new ideas to share across the agency
- Managing commercial success of accounts
What You’ll Bring
- Knowledge across multiple Go-To-Market channels (website, apps, email, digital media, social, etc) to deliver clear internal briefs.
- Healthcare, Pharma experience is a bonus
- The personality to deliver a great idea to a client and within the team
- A team player
- An understanding and experience of the tech marketing sector brought with you from previous agency or direct customer experience
- Strong digital marketing experience
- Approx. 2 / 3 years agency or client-side marketing experience
- Project Managing integrated marketing programs
- Understanding how to build strong long-standing client relationships
