Position Details
Job Purpose

We are looking for a Lead Snowflake Developer who will support the development and maintenance of Snowflake-based data solutions. In this role, you will assist with ETL processes, help create efficient data pipelines, and ensure the reliability and performance of deployed systems, all under the mentorship and guidance of senior team members.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines using ETL tools integrated with Snowflake.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to support data integration and transformation tasks.
• Assist in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment of Snowflake resources.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization of existing workflows and processes.
• Collaborate with senior developers to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and enhance system functionality.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for pipeline maintenance, data processes, and architectural decisions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in a similar role, or relevant internship experience.
• Basic understanding of SQL databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with ETL tools.
• Familiarity with Snowflake architecture is a plus, though not required (training will be provided).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen enthusiasm to learn new technologies and improve skills.
