Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Javis is looking for highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineers who are adept at leveraging large language models to develop innovative solutions and enhance business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, fine-tune, and deploy large-scale language models to solve complex NLP tasks.
• Lead the development and integration of LLM-based applications, ensuring high performance and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical leadership in the strategic deployment of LLM technologies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in large language models.
• Drive innovation and contribute to the overall growth and success of the AI team.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Experience working with Large Language Models or Computer Vision
• B.Tech / M.Tech degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or equivalent from Tier 1 institutes.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as PyTorch / TensorFlow / Jax, spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers, etc.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
