Role Overview

As an Human Resources Manager at Nanonets, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee
experiences and overseeing HR functions that ensure seamless onboarding, benefits administration,
compliance, and engagement across Nanonets' offices globally. This role is ideal for a proactive individual contributor who can handle multifaceted HR tasks with professionalism and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle Management
● Guide new hires through the onboarding process, providing a welcoming and informative
experience that aligns with Nanonets' culture.
● Manage end-to-end processes for onboarding through offboarding, ensuring seamless
documentation and communication.
Global Benefits Administration
● Support employee benefits programs, including health and retirement plans, and promote
awareness and proactive compliance across regions.

Global HR Compliance
● Maintain statutory compliance in accordance with country-specific labor laws and policies.
● Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for HR compliance requirements.
Employee Engagement & Support
● Act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, contributing to employee engagement initiatives
and HR projects focused on employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
● Plan and facilitate engagement activities, including events, feedback collection, and wellness
initiatives.

Performance Review & Payroll Management
● Coordinate performance review cycles, working with stakeholders to support employees’ career
development.
● Oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments, and address payroll
inquiries.

NPS Surveys & Employee Feedback
● Administer NPS (Net Promoter Score) surveys to gather employee feedback on workplace
satisfaction and engagement.
● Analyze survey results and collaborate on strategies to enhance the employee experience.
Payroll
● Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely, accurate salary payments and compliance with tax
and labor regulations.
● Respond to payroll-related queries, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
HR Reporting & Analytics
● Gather and analyze HR data to create actionable reports that drive data-based decision-making
and refine HR strategies.

What We’re Looking For-
● Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
is preferred.
● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with employees at
all levels of the organization.
● Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a
positive, inclusive culture.
● Empathy and Confidentiality: Display empathy when addressing employee concerns, with a
commitment to confidentiality.
● Proactive Problem-Solving: Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate
HR needs.
● HR Software Familiarity: Knowledge of HRMS software, Google Suite, and similar tools is a
plus.
