What You'll Do:
HR Responsibilities:
- Pre- and Post-Hiring Process:
- Manage and maintain job postings with creativity.
- Be the friendly voice for hiring managers, applicants, and new hires, ensuring timely responses to their queries.
- Coordinate scheduling for phone screens, interviews, and new hire orientations.
Keep all resumes ready for Affirmative Action reports.
Orientation and Onboarding:
Conduct engaging new employee orientations.
Prepare materials for employee onboarding with a sprinkle of innovation.
Assist in administering and updating employee benefits, ensuring everyone feels valued.
General HR Support:
Maintain employee personnel files and conduct ongoing audits with precision.
Compile information to ensure agency compliance.
Assist in benefits administration and maintenance, ensuring everyone gets the perks they deserve.
Finance Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable Functions:
- Process all incoming invoices and distribute them to the appropriate staff for approval.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of all vouchers, check requests, and employee expense reports.
- Process weekly disbursements with efficiency.
- Prepare journal entries for accounts payable.
- Reconcile benefit invoices to payroll records.
Comply with established internal control practices to ensure proper financial management.
General Accounting Support:
Assist in payroll administration as a backup, ensuring everyone gets paid on time.
