Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate and work with different functions to understand the business and hiring needs
• Discuss and agree on the skill requirement and selection process.
• Develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy in partnership with your leadership or hiring managers
• Influence candidates and business stakeholders through your understanding of the organization
• Must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics
• Should thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done
• Optimize end to end recruitment processes from exceptional at market research, candidate generation, interview process and offer extension

Must have skills :

Have strong candidate interviewing skills and understanding of recruitment processes and systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision-
MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Good to have experience :
1+ years of experience in Technology hiring, preferably worked in Product companies
Hands-on experience in sourcing from various channels (job portal, headhunters, social media & employee referral)
Experience in executing and managing recruitment drives
Experience in candidate assessment and management, ability to build and analyse reports
