Culture overview

Our current team consists of many ex-founders which brings leadership qualities in every function of our company automatically. We highly value team members taking ownership in their domain leading to a culture where there is minimal management overhead and awesome policies like unlimited leaves. We are building a global SAAS company, our customers are spread geographically all over the world. So we always have some team members working from different time zones, therefore have flexible work timings. We do have compulsory daily standup meetings, more of a show and tell nature where each day different team presents the work accomplished in last week. Currently, we are working fully remotely and even for the foreseeable future will be working and hiring for remote positions.
