With CallPrep, businesses can save 8 hours/week and increase productivity by over 20%. Our tool equips sales teams with talking points, objections, and thought-provoking questions to effectively qualify clients.
Founded by Nikhil Mehta and Bhavesh Kotwani, alum of IIT Kanpur and BITS Pilani, respectively. We are supported by Mr. Varun Aggarwal, founder of Aspiring Minds, and are currently incubated in an accelerator program, Changengine.
We are seeking an organized and proactive HR/Admin professional to oversee the smooth running of our office operations. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, draft HR documents, and coordinate recruitment activities while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Responsibilities:
HR/Admin Tasks:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, office supplies, and employee queries.
- Draft, update, and maintain offer letters, employee contracts, and other HR documents.
- Oversee payroll, invoicing, and office-related expense reports.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Content Writing & Design Tasks:
- Write engaging content for internal and external communications, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media.
- Assist with creating HR and company-related materials such as job postings, company profiles, and onboarding guides.
- Design graphics and visual content using Canva for presentations, marketing materials, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and tone across all content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles with HR responsibilities.
- Strong content writing skills, with a portfolio of previous work (blog posts, articles, or similar).
- Proficiency with Canva or other graphic design tools.
- Knowledge of HR software and systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
- Familiarity with payroll and invoicing software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Preferred:
Experience in recruitment and employee onboarding.
Familiarity with social media management and content scheduling tools.
