What we’re looking for
We are seeking a dedicated Activation Analyst to join our Growth team. This role is a crucial part of our Engagement team, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and support successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have a client-centric approach, an analytical mindset, and be motivated to offer an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
Act as the primary contact for clients, understanding and addressing their needs while ensuring a smooth communication flow between clients and internal teams.
Solution Development:
Collaborate with clients to identify issues and propose effective solutions, leveraging Nanonets’ ML capabilities to add value to client processes.
Project Management:
Coordinate with Growth, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure projects are on track and meet client expectations.
Performance Optimization:
Utilize data and analytics to improve engagement strategies, ensuring the most effective outcomes for clients and driving long-term client relationships.
Documentation & Strategy:
Develop documentation, road maps, and processes to ensure a streamlined approach to client engagement and activation.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (CS, IT, Electronics, Telecommunications); strong preference for candidates from BITS, IITs, or similar.
Experience: 2+ years in client engagement, account management, or similar roles (e.g., Associate Consultant, Business Associate). Candidates with MBA aspirations or backgrounds in consulting are welcome.

Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide solutions across teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software is a plus.
