The key KPIs for the role include maintaining high customer satisfaction, reducing churn , Maintain high-quality customer/pre-sales/post-sales interactions and content creation.

1. Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google AdWords, Amazon SP, etc).

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be able to handle multiple competing priorities at the same time with tight deadlines.

3. Monitoring and communicating campaign progress through regular, in-depth activity reports and insights, and then using this knowledge as a basis for future campaigns.

4. Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale PPC accounts in a variety of different business verticals.
