Customer Success Manager is a critical function at SellerApp and acts as the voice of the customer with high potential to grow into a leadership position within the company.

Highlights:

The key KPIs for the role include maintaining high customer satisfaction (NPS>80), reducing churn (Churn<20%), Maintain high-quality customer/pre-sales/post-sales interactions and content creation.

  1. Data-oriented and must always interact with potential and current customers to understand the pulse of the need and pain points that they face.

  2. Track all the product usage metrics to identify customer cohorts and understand what drives churn and satisfaction.

  3. Gather feedback from their customers, study other customer success programs and analyze customer data to identify the best practices.

  4. Provide technical support to customers or to provide training on their products.

  5. Help customers plan and understand the best ways to utilize SellerApp based on the customer’s business needs or business plans. Prepare documents, training material for seamless onboarding and adoption
