The Role

Our Ideal Sales Representative

The ideal candidate is an outgoing, energetic & creative problem solver who can thrive in a fast paced and changing environment. They will be responsible for conducting market research, developing business strategies, building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.To be successful in this role, they should be highly motivated, organized and results-driven.

Responsibilites

  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales opportunities for the assigned regions.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.
  • Utilize SalesForce/Linkedin, cold calling,highly personalized messaging, and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and account executives.
  • Track all progress, maintain a database and report back to stakeholders
  • Identify best practices and industry trends and discuss the plan of action with management/stakeholders.

Requirements-

  • Bachelor's degree in Business,Marketing or related field
  • 2-3 years work experience in sales, business development or similar role.
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
  • Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRM software
