Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment: Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing engagement initiatives like team-building activities, events, and celebrations to foster a vibrant and connected company culture.
Employee Grievance Handling: Help maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving grievances in a fair and efficient manner.
Employer Branding: Contribute to building ReBid’s employer brand through creative strategies that enhance our visibility and reputation as an employer of choice.
Learning & Development: Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives to drive professional growth and development for our employees.
Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance evaluation processes and tools, ensuring regular feedback and continuous improvement.
Rewards & Recognition: Help design and coordinate employee recognition programs, celebrating individual and team achievements to boost morale and motivation.
People & Culture Projects: Take part in special projects to enhance our workplace culture, improve HR processes, and contribute to overall employee satisfaction.
Skills & Requirements
A passion for People & Culture and a strong interest in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
Creative thinking and collaboration skills to contribute to employer branding and engagement initiatives.
Prior internship or exposure to HR, people management, or recruitment is a plus.
