Job Summary
Thrive is seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function and champion a thriving company culture. This role involves directing HR operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and policy development, to drive growth and support Thrive’s mission. The ideal candidate will align HR strategies with business goals to create a positive and high-performance environment.
**Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute HR strategies that align with Thrive's business objectives and growth plans. Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team, providing insights on workforce planning, talent needs, and culture-building initiatives.
Foster Thrive’s culture by implementing programs that promote collaboration, inclusivity, and engagement.Talent Acquisition & Development
Lead the strategy for recruiting top talent and ensure alignment with Thrive's needs, values, and mission. Oversee onboarding, learning, and development initiatives to empower employees and support their growth within Thrive. Implement a performance management framework that facilitates feedback, goal alignment, and career development.Employee Engagement & Retention
Design and lead engagement initiatives that cultivate a positive employee experience and support Thrive's culture. Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and work with teams to address opportunities for improvement. Implement retention strategies to retain top talent and reduce turnover.Compensation & Benefits
Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain high-quality candidates. Regularly review and adjust compensation strategies to remain competitive within the industry.Policy Development & Compliance
Ensure HR policies and procedures adhere to legal standards and best practices, promoting a safe and inclusive workplace.Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
Lead Thrive’s DEI strategy, fostering an inclusive environment where employees feel valued and can thrive. Implement recruiting, onboarding, and development practices that promote diversity and equal opportunity.HR Metrics & Reporting
Define and track key HR metrics to evaluate program effectiveness, support strategic decisions, and drive continuous improvement. Report on HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to the executive team.
Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in high-growth or fast-paced environments.

- Strong leadership abilities and team motivation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR practices with Thrive's goals.
- Thorough understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HR software and data analysis.
