Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting product demos, following up on leads, and building relationships with prospective clients locally in India.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct live demos of our application and explain product features to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the technical team to tailor demos based on client requirements.
Follow up on qualified leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
Reach out to prospective leads through calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Identify customer needs, answer questions, and address concerns throughout the sales process.
Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations.
Maintain relationships with existing clients for potential upsell opportunities.
Keep track of lead status and update C1RM systems regularly.
Requirements:
2 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer success roles.
Strong understanding of business software (knowledge of CRM and Slack is a plus).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical solutions in a clear and simplified manner.
Experience with lead generation, cold calling, and follow-up techniques.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience working in the tech or consulting industry is a plus.
