Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. As a Business Development Manager at Metro Midas, specializing in offshore software development, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target organizations.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
3. Create and implement strategies to expand the company's customer base.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and develop marketing campaigns.
5. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
6. Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
7. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
8. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance.

Requirements:

1. Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
4. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
5. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
6. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
