Required Candidate profile
● Minimum 1 year and above year of experience in IT, BDE domain.
● Proficiency in bidding and winning projects on freelance platforms such as Upwork,
Guru, Freelancer, and PeoplePerHour (PPH).
● Ability to create compelling cold email campaigns and generate consistent leads.
● Strong follow-up skills via email, phone, or other channels.
● Sales experience in CRM, Salesforce, and Asp.net services.
● Excellent oral and written English communication.
● Proactive in maintaining records and following up with leads/customers.
● Lead generation from US/UK/Germany/Other Europe country client
● Good Communication skills
● Bidding knowledge ,Technical knowledge and Negotiation quality
Role & responsibilities
● Bid and secure projects from various freelance platforms to meet a monthly target
based.
● Familiar with our services offered by our company.
● Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
● Handling all bidding portals over Up work, Guru, PPH, Freelancer and LinkedIn Sales
navigator.
● Drafting business proposals and sending it to the client in the best way.
● Maintain a detailed record of leads and customers, following up regularly for new
projects.
● Create engaging cold email campaigns to consistently generate leads.
● Implement effective follow-up strategies via email or phone to engage prospective
leads.
● Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
● Develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
● Reviewing clients feedback and implementing necessary changes.
● Candidates must gain knowledge of Digital Marketing.
● Equipping staff with technical and social skill to need to enhance sales.

● Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Proven track record in account management
● Ability to build and maintain client relationships
