Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
Resolve customer issues effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and enhance the overall customer experience.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Administrative Support:

Assist in managing customer databases and ensure accurate data entry.
Support the team in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and customer events.
Communication:

Effectively communicate with both internal teams and external customers, conveying information clearly and professionally.
Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement within the customer support function and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in customer support or a related role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using office software and communication tools.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
