Zithara Technologies Pvt Ltd is in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative and Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role requires a candidate with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in administrative tasks and customer support.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to various departments within the organization.
- Handle general office tasks, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Customer Support:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Data Entry:
- Accurately input and update data in the company's systems and databases.
- Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date records.
Communication:
- Effectively communicate with both internal teams and external customers.
- Convey information clearly and professionally.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in administrative tasks and customer support.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using office software and communication tools.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
