About the job

Zithara Technologies Pvt Ltd is in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative and Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role requires a candidate with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in administrative tasks and customer support.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance to various departments within the organization.
  • Handle general office tasks, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Customer Support:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with other teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Data Entry:

  • Accurately input and update data in the company's systems and databases.
  • Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date records.

Communication:

  • Effectively communicate with both internal teams and external customers.
  • Convey information clearly and professionally.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in administrative tasks and customer support.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using office software and communication tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
