Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for delivering exceptional support and resolving issues related to food delivery, orders, payments, and more. You’ll work closely with our operations, restaurant partners, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months -2 Years. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Communications: Candidates should have good written and verbal communication skills. Vernacular language skills will be a plus.
- Work Mode: This is a Work from Office role.
- Shifts: Rotational day shifts
- Working Days: Operates on a 5-6 day working model.
