Job Description
We seek an ambitious Customer Success Engineer with a strong technical track record and obsessed about making customers successful. A genuine passion for implementing our Saas/on-prem technology solutions for Enterprises is a must. As a critical team member, you will work with customers to make sure they get full value of our product and stay as happy customers.
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to help improve the adoption of the product, ensure customer success, and contribute to the overall growth of our revenues through upselling and renewals.

Responsibilities
- Customer Onboarding: Facilitate smooth customer onboarding by providing necessary training, resources, and support. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless integration of our products and services.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular check-ins, understanding their ongoing needs and ensuring satisfaction with our solutions.
- Technical Support: Provide timely technical support to customers, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with the engineering team when necessary to resolve more complex problems.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to provide insights to the product development team. Advocate for customer needs and work closely with product management to guide future enhancements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to provide a unified customer experience. Share customer insights and contribute to overall company strategy.

Requirements and skills
- Graduation degree and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Engineer/Manager, Solutions Engineer/Architect selling complex enterprise solutions
- Expertise in Docker containers, Kubernetes, and Helm. Experience with the Linux kernel is a huge plus.
- Strong technical background in Linux, web technologies, and modern APIs on AWS, GCP, Azure
- Exceptional ability to simplify complex concepts for easy understanding.
- Track record of working with client's technical teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Work in the US hours (2PM IST - 11PM IST)
